Steps to defeating depression:
- Recognize that it is real (but not all the causes are real)
- Remember that it is reversible (not just the circumstances)
-Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem
- Rely on rock-solid foundations

Foundations:
- Family
- Family of God/Friends
-Don’t isolate yourself
- Faith
– Jesus wants you to know that He’s there to pick you up
